Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a child at our school.  It costs us a little more than $3,000 per year to educate one child.  Our families have an average income of $18,500; therefore, we count on the help of friends and sponsors to make it possible to educate the children.  We have seen great results, and have great hope for the future!  Even now, the Lord is changing the world, and he’s doing it one heart at a time.  Your support will make it possible for us to give a young person the tools they’ll need to make a life for themselves, to contribute to our society, and to grow in faith and hope.  Please fill in the information below, and submit this form back to us.  Or you may fax the completed form to 773-221-9121, or email us at sponsor@immaculateconceptionsouth.org.

I would like to make my donation of $1,000 all at once, quarterly, bi-weekly, other.

If you choose to make your donation all at once, we will immediately send you a thank you and acknowledgement for your gift.  If you choose another schedule for giving, we will send you a reminder note, depending on how you have chosen to give.  At the end of the year, if you need a letter for tax purposes, please call the rectory (773-768-2100) and we will be happy to generate a letter for you.
